You don't! When Lounic Co. decided to enter the cereals market with the hitherto unknown HAHNE brand, we advised our client it would be futile to try fighting Kellogg's head-on. Instead, we defined a couple of segments where the new cereals could stake a claim with chances of success: Low Sugar and Low Fat.

The result of our idea? The HAHNE market share rose from 1.3% to 4% in seven weeks.
